1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Devoted Care Providers are non-refundable. Once a booking has been confirmed and payment processed, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason, including cancellations, missed appointments, or scheduling conflicts. We encourage clients to review their appointments carefully before finalizing any transaction.



2. No Chargeback Policy

By using our services, you agree to

waive your right to initiate a chargeback

through your bank or credit card provider. Any disputes must be resolved directly with Devoted Care Providers. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us constitutes a violation of this policy and may result in suspension from future use of our services.



3. Respect for Our Providers and Partners

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for

disrespect, harassment, or inappropriate behavior toward our drivers, dispatchers, customer service representatives, and any affiliated partners. All clients are expected to treat our team with courtesy and professionalism at all times. Any breach of this policy may result in immediate termination of services, without refund.


4. Partner Conduct & Professionalism

Our partners and affiliated providers are required to maintain a

high standard of conduct and professionalism

. They are expected to fulfill all duties, including punctual pick-ups, courteous interactions, and safe transport of clients. Any breach of duty or disrespect toward clients will be addressed swiftly, with consequences that may include removal from our network.



5. Transportation Rates Subject to Change

Transportation rates are

subject to change at any time

, based on fluctuations in fuel costs, labor rates, operational costs, and other factors affecting the local economy. While we strive to offer affordable and consistent pricing, we reserve the right to adjust our rates without prior notice. Clients will be informed of any rate changes before booking confirmation.



6. Commitment to Safety

Safety is our top priority. All drivers undergo background checks, regular training, and vehicle inspections. Clients must follow all safety guidelines, including wearing seatbelts and refraining from behavior that may distract the driver or endanger others. If a safety concern arises, we encourage immediate reporting to our support team for resolution.
