Once a booking has been confirmed and payment processed, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason, including cancellations, missed appointments, or scheduling conflicts. 2. No Chargeback Policy

4. Partner Conduct & Professionalism

Our partners and affiliated providers are required to maintain a

high standard of conduct and professionalism

. They are expected to fulfill all duties, including punctual pick-ups, courteous interactions, and safe transport of clients. Any breach of duty or disrespect toward clients will be addressed swiftly, with consequences that may include removal from our network.

5. Transportation Rates Subject to Change

Transportation rates are
