Clients Must:

Treat drivers, dispatchers, and all staff with respect and courtesy

Be ready and available at the scheduled pickup time

Use seatbelts and follow all safety instructions

Refrain from smoking, abusive language, or disorderly behavior

Drivers and Partners Must:

Be punctual, professional, and respectful at all times

Maintain a clean and safe vehicle

Communicate clearly with clients

Fulfill all service duties as agreed

Devoted Care Providers reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these conduct terms.

7. Service Limitations

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or unforeseen emergencies. We do not transport clients in life-threatening or emergency medical situations. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule rides for safety or logistical reasons.

8. Rate Changes

Rates are subject to change at any time due to fluctuations in fuel prices, labor costs, or changes in the local economy. Current rates will be confirmed at the time of booking.

9. Safety Disclaimer

We prioritize client safety, but by using our services, you acknowledge that transportation carries inherent risks. Devoted Care Providers is not liable for injuries or losses unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
